The Good:

Wow, we must say the package prices here are exceptional! If you would like to book a weekend travel deal, this weekend or next, don’t be suprised if you can nail down the ENTIRE TRIP it for 1/2 the price of a normal airplane ticket. We found several 3-night last minute getaways for less than $300 per person, which included flight, hotel, and car (before taxes/fees). If we were to book the flight separately (same dates and airline) the flight we found was over $550 per person!  Usually we are skeptical of the whole “save money booking a package” hype, but lastminute.com truly has the best last minute, weekend travel specials around. Make sure to wait until about 2-3 weeks prior to your expected departure and book under the “Last second deals” tab. This is where we found the best prices. After you’ve booked your vacation, make sure you check under the innovative “Experiences” tab for fun stuff to do! Choose by your personality type and occasion.

The Bad:

Nothing, we love this site. It is what it is: Real last minute weekend travel deals. Now everyone can afford to get away this weekend! The only problem we found is that most vacation packages are non-refundable. But, we feel since bookings are made at the last-minute anyhow, most travelers won’t have to cancel.

The Fees *:
