The Good:

We like the variety of browsing options on the All Inclusive Outlet website.   You can quickly search for resorts by destination city, resort brand, interests, and by “Who’s Going“, which allows you to search for “adult only“, family or resorts for couples.   It is our understanding that all resorts on the All-Inclusive Outlet site are “All-Inclusive”, typically meaning that all meals, drinks and many activities are included in your vacation.   For more information on what may be included in your all-inclusive vacation, read their article, “What Does All Inclusive Mean?” on their website.

We also found some amazing deals, and we didn’t need a coupon to find them.   Any applicable coupon code was automatically applied to our reservation, which is a huge leap over what other travel sites do.   How exactly does All Inclusive Outlet secure these cheap deals?   According to their website, “Our favorable standing with the resort chains and high volume of business allows us to offer discount prices for our all inclusive packages“.    Their long list of travel agency “awards” is impressive.    If your destination is flexible, their rock-bottom all-inclusive resort deals and coupons are found on their Hot Deals and Promotions page.

The follow-up phone call is an amazing personal benefit that you will not find on other online travel sites.   The knowledgable staff at All Inclusive Outlet has visited most of the destinations that you will be traveling to, so they will answer any questions that you may have prior to departure.

The Bad:

All Inclusive Outlet cancellation fees are a bit steep.  These fees are coming to be the standard across the industry, and we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect your investment from a company such as TravelGuard.com.  Many travel insurance policies can be purchased several weeks after your online booking is completed and you can quickly compare several rates and coverages on SquareMouth.com.

The Fees *:

  • $50.00 change fee in addition to any other supplier fees, if any changes or revisions are made after booking.  Other change fees may include:
    • $140.00 per booking to reissue hotel vouchers
    • $25.00 per booking to cover express delivery service (if within 14 days)
    • If airline tickets are involved, fees of up to $150 a ticket plus any increase in fare may apply to exchange tickets.
  • $50+ per person minimum for cancellations made 46 days or more prior to departure
  • $100+ per person minimum for cancellations made 45-22 days prior to departure
  • $150+ per person minimum for cancellations made 21-0 days prior to departure
  • Additional cancellation fees include:
    • Minimum $100 per person for airline tickets
    • Hotel penalties often apply, and the amount varies by hotel
