The highest "SUN RATING" that Travel Site Critic will award is 4 SUNS: 
Only the very best travel websites deserve this rating, so it is rare. We base our ratings on a number of criteria, including: site reputation, usability, popularity, customer service, product selection, pricing, promotional offerings, booking fees and cancellation policies.
At a glance:
ONE SUN. This site is not poor (or a scam site), or it would not be included in our reviews. However, it is lacking in at least 4 key rating criteria. It is recommended that the customer reads reviews of other sites prior to buying.
TWO SUNS. Many sites fall into this category. This site is your general run-of-the-mill travel site. There may not be anything brilliant about it, but it is exceptional in at least 1 rating criteria, while it may be imbalanced with other site rating factors.
