She shares her journeys aboard cruise liners and in the places she visits, through her blog and photographs.<\/p>\n<h5>The Good<\/h5>\n<p>Angie, as she likes to be called, is a thoroughly delightful person &#8211; the kind of person anyone would love to meet on a cruise ship or stumble across during their travels. She obviously loves traveling and seeing the world. While her mode of travel is by sea, she often spends the majority of her travel time exploring the countries she visits. Her blog posts read like letters to friends with a few snapshots thrown in. A perfect example of this is her <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabbaticalscapes.com\/?p=164\" target=\"_blank\">Ancient Empires Cruise \u2013 Incredible!!<\/a> entry, which begins, &#8220;<em>Thank you Aunt Thelma. \u00a0Here are the details of our adventure\u2026&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h5>The Bad<\/h5>\n<p>With the exception of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabbaticalscapes.com\/?p=1065\" target=\"_blank\">Cruisin\u2019 to Cozumel? \u2013 19 Tips for a Better Trip<\/a>, we found little in SabaticalScapes that would be helpful to travelers looking specifically for travel advice. \u00a0Although we love how Angie&#8217;s posts read like postcards sent to friends and family, we eventually got the uncomfortable feeling that we were eavesdropping.
