Hi readers! I just want to update some info about AirportParkingReservations.com, as we've made changes to some of the great points mentioned here.

- We do list some parking options that we don't book for, because we want our customers to be able to compare prices and make sure they're getting the best deal with us.

- You'll now find accurate star ratings, and we do include customer reviews for every parking lot, so you can hear directly from people who have parked there.

- Our cancellation policy is now available in our FAQ, and there's no more 48-hour window. You can cancel anytime on or before your scheduled arrival date for a full refund.

Thanks for the review, and we hope this information is helpful!

Do not ever book your vacation with Cheapcaribbean.com - they are a scam. We booked with them for a spring break family vacation to Turks and Caicos. We arrived at the resort and we were told that the room with ocean view we paid for is not available. They gave us a 1st floor smelly full of mold room. I called the travel agent at Cheapcaribbean.com who booked our vacation and I left a voice mail. I waited until the next day and no response from the travel agent. I tried multiple times with voice mails and she never called me back. We complained enough at the hotel and they moved us to another room, still no ocean view.
When we came back to US, I called Cheapcaribbean.com again. I told them the situation and I asked for a refund of the difference what I paid for and what I got at the hotel. After almost 2 months now, they have declined my request for a refund. They pointed out the fine print on the bookings agreement and they claim that I should have called them from the resort. They ignored my calls and voice mails from the resort; they are lying, they are a scam.

Never use Priceline.com name your own price. My husband and I booked rooms at 4-star hotel using name your own price with travel insurance. 5 mins after we purchased our tickets we went to the hotels website and saw that we could have gotten the rooms from the actual hotel cheaper. Then we had an unexpected emergency come up so I call to find out how to change the dates via the insurance. They could do nothing no refund no changes so we were stuck and lost 430 dollars.

Same experience with Vayama, like most reviewers here...flight cancelled just days before travel .... was told a new schedule will be sending to us .... waiting on confirmation .... no response .... called and given run-arounds .... after talking/yelling at so many different reps (most were non-English speaking), was given the option to buy another ticket (extremely high price especially buying for next day ticket going international) or refund. Not only did it ruin our long-planned vacation, but I also had to fight to get refund back. How does Vayama stay in business? Vayama is doing the same things over and over again to their customers, why hasn't BBB pull them out of business? This is honestly the craziest thing we've had to dealt with.

BE CAREFUL when renting a car through Hotwire. The deals sound good and may actually be good, but be careful when you rent that you have accounted for all the days you are looking at. Per the Hotwire people, once the car is booked, the dates cannot be changed, this means extending the dates. In other words, if you want to pick up earlier you will need to wait until the date you originally booked, period. There is not help or apparently they are not interested in helping after they have your money. Next time, I will go directly through the rental agency thank you! Take the money and run - that is all Hotwire seems to care about.

We travel at least 3 times a year and after searching many online websites found the best deals with CheapCaribbean.com. They've made our trips to the caribbean easy and completely enjoyable from start finish. We'll certainly be booking with them again in the near future!

Bookit.com is a terrible company to deal with. Their customer service has to be the worst ever. Just call their number and see how long you are on hold for if you need help. They will gladly sell you a vacation but not help you when things don't turn out the way they are supposed to.

Vayama is the worst travel company I have ever done business with. I don't understand how they stay in business with so many bad reviews. Six days before my flight to italy my outgoing flight was "supposedly" cancelled by the airline in which i was sent an email by vayama giving me three alternative options to fly out. This wasnt the problem, the problem was when i told them which option i wanted to take, they told me that i would get an email confirming my new outgoing flight. Three days passed and still no email so i called them. I spoke to someone and they assured me that my ticket would be issued within 2 hours. The day before my trip i still did not receive a confirmation email so i called again and was told the same thing. The morning of my flight I still had no ticket. I called and was told the same thing except that the ticket would be issued within 1/2 an hour. Still didn't have a ticket after 1/2 an hour. It took a fourth phone call and a lot of yelling and screaming to get that ticket.

I called BestofVegas to request a specific seat. Associate assured me three times I was getting what I requested. When they sent me the confirmation, I discovered they booked my seats incorrectly. I called back to get it corrected and Audrey (manager) refused to work with me at all. Believe the complaints of Best of Vegas and beware of this company or it could happen to you.

DO NOT USE PRICELINE IF YOU TRAVEL FOR BUSINESS... Getting an itemized receipt from these people not only takes an act of Congress, but a Celestial Virgin and Multiple Magical Unicorns as well. If you need itemized receipts for reimbursement like my company does, please save yourself time and issue, and continue to Priceline's nearest competitor.

Orbitz.
I Tried to cancel a flight 30 days before departure.
- No refund possible
- No reschedule possible
- No alternate destination possible
- and my favorite – I could get a voucher for later travel that must be used for a domestic flight, it was an international flight on a carrier that *does not have* domestic flights. Go figure.

Wow, I should have read the reviews before booking with Cheapoair, yes they are a scam. I sent Cheapoair a Doctor slip on 27 April that I must have an operation and I could not travel on 5 May 2012, Cheapoair informed me they would contact the airlines, I waited for almost a week to hear back and 3 days before my flight I contacted them again to find out the status, they said they are still waiting to hear from the airlines.

I contacted United airlines myself and ask them why they have not responed to Cheapoair, United informed me that no one from cheapoair has contacted them or sent the Doctor slip I sent them, United informed me they record all conversations and make notes when someone calls.

Bottom line United took care of me and this is why I was fly United, I sent the Doctor slip to United and they cancelled my reservation. Don't look for Cheapoair to do Jack S for you. I will never book another flight with them.

Cheapoair has lost my business. Do not use this company you will regret it.

i4vegas is awesome!! After seeing 2 rather negative comments I decided to give my opinion. First, Joyce talks about resort fees not being included..if only she opened her eyes during the booking process she would see resort fees listed for each hotel during when checking availability. Even if hotel has no resort fee it clearly states that as well.."No Resort Fee".

Cassy...are you aware room location, type of bedding, and smoking/non smoking are preferences and NOT guaranteed. I don't see where you have a problem...you booked reservation yourself, and must have requested two beds cause like you said "It even says so on my confirmation". You're so upset, give me a break.

Orbitz online wouldn't let me book. it wound up deactivating my credit card but not before charging me $1400. I called the representative who proceeded to tell me i had to upgrade rooms if i wanted to take this trip and i couldn't book a package deal. So i couldn't use my coupon, i had to pay for a more expensive room, and i didn't get the package discount. He then charged a different card $1400 not once but TWICE. This was after two and a half hours on the phone. My brother in law was booking the same trip not five minutes later and had no problems. Additional calls (with someone calling me at 11 pm) and headaches later, i was told that i can cancel or that i can accept a $50 voucher for a future reservation. Expedia can thank Orbitz for the new customers.

Orbitz online wouldn’t let me book. it wound up deactivating my credit card but not before charging me $1400. I called the representative who proceeded to tell me i had to upgrade rooms if i wanted to take this trip and i couldn’t book a package deal. So i couldn’t use my coupon, i had to pay for a more expensive room, and i didn’t get the package discount.

I have never been so diappointed with customer service in my life.

My wife and I booked a couple days at a hotel through Travelocity. On checkout, we were charged by the Hotel (in addition to the charge we'd already received from Travelocity). The hotel was courteous and helpful,

Travelocity's was not.

Their fine print says, "If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem. If you wait until you return, it's too late. Any portion of your trip that has been used is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your trip without our assistance." So I called their customer service line.

Their rep couldn't understand what I was saying (English wasn't her first language) and whatever headset they were using made he voice so soft I could barely hear what she was saying. It was fairly obvious she was reading from scripts so I asked to be upgraded to her supervisor. She fought me on this but eventually agreed. After being on hold 15 minutes she told me her supervisor was too busy and would call me back.

Ridiculous.

They finally did offer to refund the amount travelocity charged (minus some random fee tha she couldn't explain or waive) but I would have to fax them my statement showing the hotel charged me and then it would take 30 days before they could send me a refund. My family doesn't have the money to go 30 days with a DOUBLE hotel charge.

This was a special trip for my one year anniversary and I'm very disappointed with how Travelocity handled the whole thing. They say they'll handle situations and help, but all they do is send your calls to India and read scripts. They didn't even attempt to contact the hotel or listen to my situation.

I have used Hotwire for years and have always been satisfied, until I recently booked a 7-night stay. The hotel I got was a very unusual lodging, and certainly did not merit 3.5 stars. I first called Hotwire, and they upheld their rating. I then emailed Consumer Relations and they still upheld their ratings. At that point, I emailed them back, copying the next highest supervisor, and sent actual traveler photos and reviews of the hotel. Within hours, a very gracious representative called me to offer a full refund. She thanked me for bringing this to their attention and stayed on the phone with me until the refund email confirmation came through. I was impressed with how Hotwire handled this situation and will definitely give them another chance.

I booked a trip to Disneyland in Feb. of 2012 on one of the 'deals' Expedia had online. It was a terrific deal and I got exactly what I paid for. Their voucher system was flawless with the suppliers too. I didn't have to explain anything to the shuttle people at the airport, the hotel, or the parks at Disney. The thing I did, which may have made my experience so good, is confirm with the hotel and the airline my purchase. I do that with every travel booking I've made, even if I've gone directly. I just like to be 100% sure my requests are in, my reservation was made, and the dates correct/members of my party. I especially do that when I book online because I don't trust every transaction online. I had to call Expedia directly to ask for a detail confirmation and the service was excellent. I would use them again and plan on it.
