I know I never will again! I booked a Hotel Room because it was listed as being located in Scottsdale. Surprise! It wasn't. It was 30 miles from Scottsdale! I figured, "Oh, they just made a mistake, I'll call and they'll fix it." No they wouldn't. And, they were rude and unprofessional. Disconnected me three times just because they didn't want to deal with it. NEVER AGAIN FOR HOTWIRE!!! Don’t ever book a package with Hotwire! I know I never will again!
