Starwoods Preferred Guest program (SPG) includes several hotel brands, including Four Points, Sheraton, Aloft W Hotels, Le Méridien, Luxury Collection, Element, Westin, St. Regis and Starwood Hotels. You can earn a free stay at Starwood hotels after you stay two nights before July 31, 2009. You can keep earning free hotel stays, as there is no limit to the number of free stays you may earn. InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, is also giving away free hotel stays at any of their brands which include Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, and Candlewood Suites. After you stay 2 nights prior to July 3, 2009, they will reward you with a free hotel stay. The free hotel stay is not available in Japan. InterContinental has placed a limit on the number of free stays you may receive in 2009, which is four free stays.
How else can you get a free hotel stay?
- Do your online shopping using a hotel rewards program website. The big hotel reward programs usually have their own online store, that allows you to accumulate reward points for every dollar you spend in the store.
- Join Priority Club Rewards and get more for your reward points by redeeming them on “Point Break” hotels. “Point Break” hotels only cost you 5,000 Priority Club Reward points, rather than the typical 10,000 points. While this is not technically free, this is a quick way to ”earn” a free hotel stay.
